以創新經營模式建構水五金加工專用機產業之長期經營戰略-以YC精密機械股份有限公司為例

摘要


在目前產業環境中,因變動快速,而造成許多企業必須擁有與競爭者有所差異的策略,來適應目前環境中急速的變化。在現今動態產業中,創新的加速代表產品生命週期縮短,以及競爭優勢快速的消逝。今日,本身具有競爭優勢的公司,會發現明日其市場地位可能會被對手的創新所取代。 所以,為了瞭解企業競爭優勢來源,研究三十年來以製造為核心價值的台灣企業如何在知識經濟時代積極走向微笑曲線之研發與行銷兩端,以各企業經營領域的創新來創造新價值,本研究針對近年來國際學者紛紛探討的“動態能力”觀點以及其對企業因應外在環境變化時的效應,再加上國際創新大師Langdon Morris提出“持久創新”方法論裡再三強調企業文化與創新策略之重要性,嘗試結合發展、進而提出“以創新經營模式建構水五金加工專用機產業─以YC精密機械股份有限公司為例之長期經營戰略”的研究議題。 本研究的目的在於以持久創新為長期經營戰略,藉由動態能力之研究與Langdon Morris持久創新一書所提的方法論為基礎。本研究以台灣水五金加工專用機產業以YC精密機械股份有限公司為研究個案,再以質化研究模式完成積極發展微笑曲線兩端的能量:發展『自主創新、整合創新』的研發創新模式、以及『自主品牌、主導行銷』的品牌行銷能量架構重點要素的歸納與分析之後,利用深入訪談的方式來評估YC精密機械股份有限公司之能力概況,並具體提出長期經營戰略與商業模式建議。藉此,期望以製造為核心的台灣企業,能夠藉由本論文所建議之持久創新策略而開創產業新價值、提升市場競爭力。

Nowadays, many industries have to think of some differential strategies for them to remain competitive in the rapid changing environment. In the dynamic changing era, speeding innovation means at the same time that the product lifecycle is gradually shortened, and the competitive strength is weakened day after day. The winning companies today can not be for sure that they will remain competitive in the next day. Therefore, in order to understand the origin of enterprise competitive strength, study how manufacturing-centered industries in Taiwan can move toward the two ends of the smiling curve; R&D and sales & marketing; and help industries to innovate in all areas of business operation, this research has focused on the topic of “Development Strategy of Dynamic Capability for Implementing Permanent Innovation” by integrating the enterprise culture and innovative strategy issues denoted in the book “permanent innovation” written by innovation guru Langdon Morris, in addition to the broadly investigated “dynamic capability” viewpoint and its effect on enterprise response to exterior environmental change. The objective of the research is to draw up the integrated structure of permanent innovation and dynamic capability by setting permanent innovation as a long-term target and by using dynamic capabilities and permanent innovation methodologies as fundamental elements. This study uses Taiwan valves-manufacturing special purpose machinery industry as a case study and based YC Precision Machinery Co., LTD as a sample. Complete by qualitative research, and aggressive increase the either sides power of Smile Curve. Developing a new idea of "self innovation and combining innovation " for the innovative design model; and giving a brand marketing power by "private brand and leading market". After conclude and analyze this two mainly elements, utilize a deeply discussion for evaluating the capacity and situation of YC Precision Machinery Co., LTD. to present a long tern business model and suggestion. After completing the inductive analysis of the fundamental elements and the integrated structure by a qualitative research method, this research studies the current capability situation and the proposed development strategies by in-depth interviews. With the research, hope that the manufacturing-centered Taiwan industries can take advantages of the proposed permanent innovation strategies to create new industry value and improve market competitiveness.
