本研究試圖建構出適用於現場實務操作的精實價值矩陣。精實價值矩陣是由14項工程參數及8項發明原則替代原有的39項工程參數與40項發明原則轉建而成。利用高科技產業及傳統產業改善案例驗證本模式之可行性及有效性。研究結果發現精實價值矩陣的發明原則不但可以找出適合改善案例之對策,還可為此案例創造出更多的創新對策。
This study attempted to construct the Lean Value Matrix for process improvement. Lean Value Matrix consists of 14 parameters and 8 principles instead of original 39 parameters and 40 principles. With the use of High-tech and Traditional Industry projects to verify the feasibility and efficiency, it showed the Lean Value Matrix not only found the principles to fit the cases but also created more innovation strategies.
