本研究目的旨在瞭解彰化縣高中職學生休閒運動參與現況及阻礙之因素,以「彰化縣高中職學生休閒運動參與現況及阻礙之問卷」為研究工具,採用問卷調查法進行資料之蒐集與分析,共發出1200份,回收969份問卷,有效問卷913份,有效回收率達76.1%。資料分析包括描述性統計、因素分析、t 檢定、單因子變異數、卡方考驗等,結果發現: 一、參與休閒運動的習慣以偶而為之為最多,每週參與的次數以一至二次為最多;參與的 時間以一小時以內為最多;參與的時段以兩者皆是(假日或例假日、課後)為最多;參與的同伴以友伴為最多;參與的地點以學校為最多;最常參與的休閒運動項目以籃球為最多。 二、阻礙彰化縣高中職學生參與休閒運動的主要因素為學業壓力繁重、沒有時間、休閒運動場地使用者太多。 三、性別、班別、社團參與、校外俱樂部、每月花費休閒運動之零用錢等背景變項的高中 職學生,在休閒運動阻礙因素構面上,皆達顯著差異(p<.05)。 關鍵字:高中職學生、休閒運動參與、休閒運動阻礙
The main purpose of this study was to understand the recreational sport participation and constrain factors of senior high and vocational school students in chang-hua y. A survey instrument “Questionnaire on Recreational Sport Participation and Constrains of Senior High and Vocational School Students in Chang-hua. To collect the data needed, the research instrument adopted in this study ” was used, and 1,200 questionnaires were distributed. Among them, 969 were returned and 913 were valid, with a valid return rate 76.1%. The data was analyzed with statistic methods including descriptive statistics, factor analysis, t-test, ANOVA, and Chi-square test. The main findings were as follows: 1.”Ocassional involvement” ranked first in the participation habits. “Once or twice” ranked first in the involvement on a weekly basis. “Within one hour” ranked first in the participation duration. “Both periods (either on weekends and holidays, or after school during weekdays)“ ranked first in the participation periods. “Friends” ranked first in the participation companions. “School playgrounds” ranked first in the participation locations. “Basketball” ranked first in the leisure sports that students most often took part in . 2. Students of different background variables, including gender, classes, school clubs, non-school clubs, and monthly expenditure on leisure sports, significantly differed in the construct of the Recreational sport constrain factors. (p<.05) 3. The major constraints on the Recreational sport participation of the senior high school students in Chang-hua were heavy academic pressure, insufficient time, and overcrowded playgrounds.
