本論文研製之TFT-LCD Array段重新排程系統,透過生產管理、派工法則的文獻探討,及專家的專業素養與豐富經驗,找出適當並相關於重新排程系統的資訊需求,在經由應用「分析層級程序法」(Analytical Hierarchy Process,AHP)找出最佳的派工法則,並建構出排程管理資訊系統架構,有效的提升生產管理人員之調度能力。 本研究發現重新排程之決策制定,取決於生產主管與人員對於生產製程中,相關資訊之敏感度及決策經驗值,新進人員需要一段時間之養成,且每個人員之決策結果都會有些許之差異,但可經由大方向目標之訂定,而使決策方向統一。 針對TFT-LCD ARRAY段重新排程管理的問題,本研究建立一個排程管理資訊系統架構,藉由整合各項排程資訊,生產主管與人員可快速有效的管理生產排程。本研究於所建構之TFT-LCD ARRAY段重新排程管理資訊系統中,提供了動態製程進度管理,可針對製程中之各生產批貨,進行生產進度之動態及時偵測,並即時對於生產主管與人員提出異常警訊,可強化生產人員對於整體生進度之掌控能力。對於生產人員之專業決策部份,本研究利用層級分析法,透過專家的意見,找出最適合的派工法則,大幅的減少人為因素所造成之排程失誤。
This research sets up TFT-LCD Array rescheduling system to find out related and appropriate to rescheduling system’s information demand through the literatures of Production Management、 Dispatching Rule、expert’s specialized equipment and rich experience .Furthermore, applying a way of AHP to search for optimum dispatching rule and construct a scheduling management Information system structure, taking one step ahead to promote production manager’s dispatching ability effectively. The research discovers making of rescheduling strategic decision depends on related informational sensitivity and decisional experience which are in manufacturing process. One who is new employed by an organization needs a span to accumulate this ability. Although everyone’s making of decision has a little difference, we can unify decisional direction through concluding the objective direction. TFT-LCD ARRAY Rescheduling Management Information System which the research builds up provides dynamic manufacturing management for every shipment in the manufacturing process to proceed dynamic detection at once. This system can point out unusual alarm immediately for production managers and staffs, besides strengthening production management’s control ability toward whole production scheduled progress. About production management’s professional decision, this research uses Analytical Hierarchy Process to find out appropriatest dispatching rule through expert’s suggestions and reduce men-made error substantially.
