建築資訊模型(Building Information Modeling, BIM)為近幾年導入國內營建產業的新技術,模型元件參數式設計與雙向關聯性為BIM特性之一,其主要概念為將建築物生命週期中所需求的相關資訊,建置於單一BIM模型中,可將BIM視為儲存大量建築物資訊的資料庫,其可提供相關單位進行資料轉換與擷取,進而應用於各階段中。傳統營建工程於施工階段,需耗費人力繪製2D施工圖說,當設計變更時,亦需針對變更內容逐一修改施工圖說,常造成圖說修改遺漏。隨者BIM概念的導入,施工圖說已可快速地從BIM模型中產出,但現今BIM軟體功能的限制,其產出的2D施工圖無法滿足施工人員所需的資訊,故許多營造廠仍利用CAD軟體繪製2D施工圖。故本研究透過資料蒐集及專家訪談整理現行施工圖說之需求後,藉由BIM軟體的應用程式介面(Application Programming Interface, API)開發施工圖說補強之輔助程式,協助工程師將繁複性的操作自動化,並擷取相關BIM元件參數,重新整合為現行施工圖說之需求資料。在輔助程式的開發下,有效地提升2D施工圖產出的便利性及效率,面對專案變更須修改施工圖時,僅需在單一視圖中進行元件參數或位置的修改,即可自動修改相關視圖之施工圖,節省傳統使用CAD軟體逐張修改變更施工圖說之時間,降低遺漏修改錯誤。
Recent years have witnessed an expanding adoption of Building Information Modeling (BIM) in construction industry. The one of main advantages regarding to BIM technologies is to create the 2D shop drawings automatically from the 3D BIM models directly. However, there are number problems regarding to 2D shop drawings when engineers use the BIM commerce software. It usually takes time and cost to solve those problems special for general contractor during the construction phase. In order to solve the above problems, the Autodesk Revit application programming interface (API) is selected and utilized for programming for automated drawing modules for general contractor. Therefore, the objectives of this study is to develop automated drawing model and system integrated BIM software to enhance the automated 2D shop drawing illustration from 3D BIM model directly. The proposed model and system are then applied in selected polite test of a building project in Taiwan to demonstrate the proposed model and system. The test results demonstrate that, the proposed system can be an effective tool for automation by utilizing BIM API development.
