屏東縣國中技藝教育專班學生技能學習態度、課程滿意度與職業自我概念之研究

A Study on the Skill Learning Attitude, Course Satisfaction and Vocational Self-concept among Junior High School Students of Planned Grouping Based Technical Arts Education Programs

摘要


本研究的旨在為探討屏東縣技藝教育專班學生技能學習態度、課程滿意度與職業自我概念之相關研究。為達研究目的,首先收集相關文獻,加以整理、歸納,從而建立研究架構與問卷內容,並採用問卷調查法蒐集資料並加以統計分析,以探討變項間之關係。 本研究問卷共分四部份,包含基本資料、自我概念量表、技能學習態度量表等。本研究以屏東縣國中技藝教育專班的學生為研究對象並予以普查。本研究共回收275份問卷,有效問卷率為98.19%。本研究採用描述性統計、t考驗,單因子變異數分析,積差相關分析、多元逐步迴歸分析等加以分析資料,並針對結果予以討論而獲得結論。研究結果如下: 一、屏東縣技藝專班學生擁有正向之技能學習態度,但技能學習動機仍待加強。 二、屏東縣技藝專班學生對於整體課程趨向滿意。 三、屏東縣技藝專班學生擁有清晰的職業自我概念。 四、屏東縣技藝專班學生之技能學習態度、課程滿意度與職業自我概念因家長關心程度的不同而有所差異。 五、屏東縣技藝專班學生之技能學習態度、課程滿意度與職業自我概念因學業成就的不同而有所差異。 六、屏東縣技藝教育專班學生技能學習態度、課程滿意度對職業自我概念具有顯著預測力,而課程滿意度具有部分中介影響。

This study aims to investigate the related factors that affect skill learning attitude, course satisfaction and vocational self-concept. In order to achieve the purpose, a questionnaire survey was conducted according to the related literature. The questionnaire included personal data, scales of skill learning attitude, course satisfaction and vocational self-concept. The samples were selected from the all junior high school students of planned grouping based technical arts education programs in Pingtung. Two hundred and senventy-five questionnaires were returned, and the effective rate was 98.19%. Statistical Methods were used to analyze data, including t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s product-moment correlation, and multiple stepwise regression analysis. The following are the conclusions of this study: 1. Junior high school students of planned grouping based technical arts education programs in Pingtung held positive skill learning attitude, but their skill learning motivation need to be improved. 2. Junior high school students of planned grouping based technical arts education programs in Pingtung were most satisfied for the curriculum of the programs. 3. The current status of Vocational Self-Concept is mostly clear for junior high school students of planned grouping based technical arts education programs in Pingtung. 4. The skill learning attitude, course satisfaction and vocational self-concept among junior high school students of planned grouping based technical arts education programs in Pingtung were significantly different with the level of their parents concerns about their children's learning. 5. The skill learning attitude, course satisfaction and vocational self-concept among junior high school students of planned grouping based technical arts education programs in Pingtung were significantly different with their academic achievement. 6. Skill learning attitude and course satisfaction significantly predicted vocational self-concept.
