本研究的目的在探討電腦輔助敎學(CAI)用在英文科補救敎學,是否能够提高學生之學習結果,並同時了解學生對CAI的態度。受試者為40名國中二年級英文成績較低之女學生。其中20名隨機分派為實驗組,另20名為控制組,在傳統敎學之後,實驗組學生接受CAI敎學一個半小時,而控制組則無。然後兩組與全班同學同時接受成就測驗,實驗組則另外囘答意見表。變異數分析結果顯示兩組學生之分數並沒有顯著差異,但是,就兩組中成績不及格之學生(每組各11人)進一步比較兩組的分數,則實驗組學生顯著高於控制組。實驗組學生絕大多數喜歡CAI,並認為CAI有助於提高學習效果。
The purpose of this study is to investigate the CAI effect in Englishremedial teaching and students' attitude toward CAI. The subjects were40 eighth grade female students.20 of them were randomly assigned toexperiment group, the others to control group. After traditional largegroup teaching, the students of experimental group were given one andhalf hours CAI teaching, while the students of the control group were not. Then, both groups were given an achievement test with the whole class.The experiment group also answer a questionnaire. ANOVA result indicatsthat two groups have no significant difference in the achievement test. However, the additional comparison between the low achievers of twogroups shows that the score of experimental group is significantly higherthan that of the control group. The students of experiment group havepositive attitude toward CAI.
