公路工程屬土木工程之範疇,其工程生命週期為形成工程初步構想後,經歷可行性評估、綜合規劃、設計、施工及使用養護等階段,後續如有新建或改建構想,則再次進行可行性評估,形成一週而復始之循環,其中可行性評估階段所做之決定多為重大決策,然而相較於工程生命週期其他階段,可行性評估所取得之成果資料成熟度較低,且利用較少之資訊進行重大決策實屬不易,本研究即利用建築資訊模型(BIM)導入公路工程可行性評估階段,研究BIM對於公路工程可行性評估階段之優勢與限制。有關研究成果,BIM擁有資訊整合、傳遞與溝通之優勢,可整合各種評估圖資,簡化評估作業之溝通介面與程序,3D視覺化展示以減少溝通障礙,故可提升可行性評估之決策品質,惟BIM之適用領域仍有限制,本研究建議於山區公路選線作業導入BIM,可發揮BIM最大效益。
Roadway engineering is one of civil important engineering. The project life cycle of civil engineering is to form a preliminary idea, comprehensive planning, design, construction, and operation phase. It is very important to make significant decisions for the feasibility assessment during the concept phase. However, compared to other phase of the project life cycle, there are few information supported for decision making special in the feasibility assessment during the concept phase. This study addresses application of BIM approach in the feasibility assessment of roadway engineering during the concept phase. The proposed approach is then applied in selected case study in Taiwan to demonstrate the effectiveness of feasibility assessment implementation of roadway engineering in the roadway route selection. The important findings, suggestion, and limitation are proposed and discussed for further related implementation.
