主管幽默感、員工溝通滿足與工作績效關係之研究—以半導體機械零件業為實證

摘要


摘 要 本研究旨在探討主管幽默感、員工溝通滿足與工作績效之間的關係模式,以臺灣南部半導體機械零件業公司的主管及員工為研究對象,採用分層抽樣之問卷調查法,共發出200份問卷,回收有效問卷110份,利用統計軟體SPSS 18.0版進行分析,並驗證本研究之假設。 本研究之主要發現如下: 1.員工溝通滿足中的溝通氣候、與直接主管溝通和組織的整體運作皆對工作績效 具有顯著的正向影響。 2.社交情境中使用幽默效果對任務績效有顯著正向影響。 3.員工溝通滿足在主管幽默感和工作績效之間並無中介作用。 4.主管幽默感與員工溝通滿足之間存在顯著的低度正向相關性。 5.員工溝通滿足各個構面與工作績效各個構面之間存在顯著的低度正相關性。 6.主管幽默感與員工溝通滿足之間存在顯著的低度正向相關性。 7.主管幽默感各個構面與工作績效各個構面之間存在顯著的低度正向相關性。 8.主管幽默感中幽默使用的社會效果對主管直接溝通、組織的整體運作和溝通媒體有顯著的正向影響。 最後以本研究的結果和管理意涵作深入探討,呈現研究發現與建議,以供學術界和企業界做參考依據。 關鍵字:幽默感、溝通滿足、工作績效

Abstract The main purpose of this study is to explore the relationships among managers’ sense of humor, communication satisfaction, and job performance. The leaders and employees of semiconductor machinery parts suppliers in southern Taiwan are the subjects of the study. The questionnaire is used in stratified sampling to survey, and totally distributed 200 copies. Then getting 110 ones are valid. Statistical software of SPSS 18.0 was used to analyze and test the hypothesis in this study. The results in this study are as follows: 1. Leaders’ communication climate, communication to immediate supervisor and organizational integrative operation has a significant positive influence on the job performance. 2. Humor effects in social context have a significant positive influence on task performance. 3. Communication satisfaction doesn’t have mediating effect between leaders’ sense of humor and empolyees’ job performance. 4. There is a weak correlationship between sales leaders’ sense of humor and employees’ communication satisfaction. 5. There is a weak correlationship between dimension of communication satisfaction and job performance. 6. There is a weak correlationship between leaders’ sense of humor and employees’ communication satisfaction. 7. There is a weak correlationship between each dimension of leaders’ sense of humor and employees job performance. 8. Humor effect is a signification positive influence on communication to immediate supervisor, organizational operation, and communication media. Finally, the results and management implications in this study were deeply discussed. The findings and suggestions of this study were offered to academia and enterprises for reference.
