臺中市高職餐飲科學生人際關係、情緒管理與幸福感之研究

摘要


本研究旨在探討臺中市高職餐飲科學生人際關係、情緒管理與幸福感之關係研究,並瞭解不同背景變項之臺中市高職餐飲科學生在人際關係、情緒管理與幸福感之差異情形。本研究採用問卷調查法進行資料的收集與分析,研究對象為臺中市餐飲科學生,以便利抽樣的方式抽取樣本。資料分析共計發放 400份正式問卷,回收有效樣本數共 357 份,有效回收率為 89.25%,所得資料經描述性統計、獨立樣本 t 檢定、單因子變異數分析、積差相關分析、多元逐步迴歸分析等方法進行資料分析,結論摘述如後:臺中市高職餐飲科學生樣本以男生居多,家庭結構為雙親多於單親,父親學歷及母親學歷均以高中(職)居多。另結果顯示,臺中市高職餐飲科學生之幸福感,不同個人背景變項在年級及母親學歷有顯著差異,顯示幸福感會因受試者的背景不同而有所差異。透過積差相關因素分析顯示,臺中市高職餐飲科學生人際關係與情緒管理之間有正向相關存在,顯示當臺中市高職餐飲科學生其人際關係越好者,其情緒管理的能力愈高;臺中市高職餐飲科學生其人際關係、情緒管理能有效預測幸福感。

The study aims to investigate the differences among the interpersonal relationship, emotional management, and well-being of the students from food and beverage management department in Taichung vocational high schools. The questionnaire method is adopted in this study to collect and conduct data analysis. A total of 400 questionnaires were sent to the students, and 357 of them participated in the study by completing the questionnaires with return rate 89.25%. Descriptive statistics, independent samples t-tests, one-way ANOVA, canonical correlation analysis, and multiple stepwise regression analysis were employed to analyze the data. The major findings of this study are listed as follows: In terms of gender, grade, family structure, father’s and mother’s educational levels, the largest groups are female, parent family are more than single parent family, the majority of father’s and mother’s education levels are high school level. Furthermore, significant differences were found in grade and mother’s educational levels for the well-being of students. This indicated that the well-being of the students depends on their family background. The results of the Product-Moment Correlation factor analysis showed positive canonical correlations between the interpersonal relationship and the emotional management of the students; greater interpersonal relationships for the participants corresponded to a greater degree of emotional management. Positive correlations existed in the interpersonal relationship and emotional management; the better their interpersonal relationships are, the better their ability to manage emotions is. The interpersonal relationship and emotional management of the students can be effectively used to predict their well-being.
