世外桃源景區販賣部之規劃設計

摘要


近年來中國大陸國民所得提高,也連帶開始著重於旅遊觀光的發展,休閒旅遊乃成為中國國民生活的重要活動。本設計與中國大陸內地世外桃源合作,主要是對於此景區內的販賣部做為改建與重新規劃設計,藉由此機會可更了解商業空間與展示設計,也可從室內設計的角度去分析陸客的消費習慣、消費喜好。 本設計藉由此販賣部的重新規劃設計欲探討並執行達成之設計目的如下: 一、分析世外桃源之相關背景資料,與探討展售相關文獻作為本 設計之設計依據。 二、以實地參訪相關案例,並作其分析,可供參循與執行。 三、探究世外桃源之販賣部的發展架構與設計方法。 四、依據經營者需求研擬出最適合的平面格局與空間規劃。 本設計以大陸內地世外桃源之販賣部重新規劃設計為探討核心,透過蒐集商業空間範圍內的展覽、展售與展示設計之文獻回顧,並閱讀相關書籍,以及實地參訪成功的商業空間做為案例分析,以了解成功商店的設計主題、空間規劃與商品構成,獲得本案空間規劃設計之參考。進而再深入探討本設計案世外桃源此景區的基地分析、文化背景及品牌精神作為設計主題,並在設計過程中數次的會議協商,以確立經營者未來之期盼,歸納出符合此景區,也符合各消費群眾的規劃設計及空間需求。

As the income of the Mainland China people has increased in recent years, the tourism has been developed and leisure tour has become an important part of life. Cooperating with the Utopia Landscape in the Mainland China, the design mainly focused on the restoration and re-planning of the Chinese Wonderland, to learn more about the business zone and exhibition design, as well as the consuming habits and preferences of Mainland China people from the perspective of interior design. By restoring and re-planning the Chinese Wonderland, the design is going to discuss and realize the following intentions. 1.To analyze the background of Chinese Wonderland and discuss the literatures related to business and exhibition as the reference of the design. 2.To survey and analyze the related cases on-field for reference and implementation 3.To explore the developing structure and designing methods of the Vending Zone of Chinese Wonderland. 4.To make the most appropriate 2D structure and 3D plan according to the demands of operators. The study focused on the re-planning and re-designing on the vender zone of Chinese Wonderland in Mainland China. By reviewing the literatures related to the designs on exhibitions, fairs and display in business zone, and by conducting field researches on successful cases to find the design topics, space plan and commodity structure, the reference for this case was gained. Then the study further explored the design topic based on the base analysis, cultural background and brand connotation of Chinese Wonderland. Negotiations were held during the design process to clarify the expectations of operators to conclude the plan suitable for both the landscape and consumers.
