本研究個案研究目的:探討在體適能課程實施中,樂趣化課程設計對學生學習動機、學習成效之影響。方法:以臺北某科技大學93人為研究對象,進行十六週教學實驗。研究工具為運動健康認知問卷和學習動機量表。以描述性統計、獨立樣本、成對樣本t 考驗及共變數分析,來分析本研究所有問題。結果:1.樂趣化的課程設計,改變了學生學習動機的重視優先順序。2. 樂趣化的課程設計,對學生的學習動機與學習成效有較明顯提升3.高學習動機比低學習動機的學生,有較佳學習成效表現。結論:未來在體育教學內容規劃上,建議朝向多樣化和樂趣化的課程設計,依學生學習狀況隨時調整,以提高學生學習成效。
Purpose: This study aimed to explore the effectiveness of learning effect and learning motivation on students by the fun-oriented designed physical fitness curriculum. Methods: The participants of this study were 93 northern college students and the teaching experiment was conducted for 16 weeks. The subjects were administered by "sport and health of cognitive Inventory" and "learning motivation scale". The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, Independent-Sample t-test, Paired samples t-test and ANCOVA analyzed. Results: The findings were as follows: 1. There were changes found on the priority of the learning motivation by the fun-oriented designed physical fitness curriculum. 2. The fun-oriented designed physical fitness curriculum had more positive effects on student's learning motivation and learning effect. 3. The students with higher learning motivation had better learning effect than that of the students with lower learning motivation. Conclusion: Recommendations for future arrangements in the physical fitness curriculum shall be diverse and fun-oriented design based and then adjusts from time to time according to students' learning status to improve the learning effect of students.
