本論文研究之主要目的,為了解目前國民小學級任教師情緒智慧、社會資本與班級經營效能之關係。根據研究結果對教育行政機關,學校與教師提出建議,作為提昇班級經營效能,改進國小教育品質之參考。 本研究使用問卷調查法,採用闕美華編製之「國民中小學教師之情緒智慧問卷」及自編「教師社會資本量表」對教師施測,以陳志勇編製的「國小教師班級經營效能量表」對學生施測。針對桃園縣國民小學進行分層隨機抽樣,共抽取60位教師,300位學生作為樣本。以逐步迴歸分析法,對資料進行分析研究。 根據本研究分析之結果,獲得以下結論:教師情緒對班級經營效有影響,其中以情緒辨識與情緒使用有顯著正相關。教師的社會資本對班級幾營效能影響更大,各個層面都有,認知面社資本(同事)、結構面社資本(同事)、認知面社資本(家長)有顯著正相關,而關係面社資本(同事)有顯著負相關。控制變項對班級經營效能也有明顯的影響。
ABSTRACT The purpose of this essay research is to understand the relationship between emotional quality, social capital of teachers in elementary school and class operation efficiency. According to the research result, we then propose recommendations to educational administrations, schools and teachers as references for enhancing operation efficiency of class and improving educational quality of elementary school. This research adopts questionnaire method, which employs “the emotional quality of teachers in junior high school and elementary school questionnaire” edited by Mei-Hua Chuei and “teachers’ social capital measurement table” edited by author to test teachers, while testing students with “class operation efficiency measurement table” edited by Chi-Yung Chen. Aiming at elementary schools in Taoyuan County, we process random sampling by different levels and draw 60 teachers and 300 students as samples. We analyze and study data by multiple regression analysis. According to the result of this research analysis, we have following conclusions: the emotion of teachers has influences to class operation, in which the emotion identification and emotion expression have significantly positive correlation. Meanwhile the social capital of teachers has greater influences on class operation, which involves in different levels. The social capitals in recognition aspect (colleagues), structure aspect (colleagues) and recognition aspect (parents of students) have significantly positive correlation, while the social capital in relationship aspect (colleagues) has significantly negative correlation.
