The purpose of this paper was to examine the correlation of the leisure participation, job satisfaction, and life satisfaction to police officers. The subjects of this research were the Chiayi County grassroots police officers. The systematic sampling method was applied and a total of 1,133 questionnaires were issued. There were 936 efficacious questionnaires collected. In order to conduct data analysis, descriptive analysis, factor analysis, Pearson product-moment correlation and stepwise multiple regression analyses were used. The findings of this paper are as follows: 1. leisure activity is mainly chatting while drinking Chinese tea. 2. Leisure participation is positive in correlation with job satisfaction and life satisfaction. 3. Leisure participation has significant influence on the prediction of the job satisfaction and life satisfaction. Based on above valuable findings, this study therefore presents some practical suggestions for decision-making managers; it also provides a specific guidance for the academics to conduct further researches.
