This study was investigated using a questionnaire survey to focus on the officers and enlisted members at Naval technical school. The purpose was to study their understanding and recognition toward the Ministry of National Defense environmental policies by gender, age, level of education, service type, rank and work type. A total of 356 questionnaires were studied to recover a valid questionnaires of 353 Descriptive statistics, multiple response frequency distribution chart, multiple response, cross analysis chart, independent sample T test, One-Way ANOVA in the SPSS system software were analyzed and compared. The primary findings of the study showed: officer and enlisted members acquired a lot of paper type environmental policies information. The most significant impact on environmental policy is energy conservation. There were 32.9% of them never participated environmental activities. Most of the participated members have enrolled the related activities once every half-year(29.7%), with the motivation of being a part of earth member. There were no obvious difference in environmental perceptions by gender and service type, but the people with graduate school degrees, seaman rank and leader work type showed better perception. There were no obvious difference on environmental attitude, but female people and seaman rank members have positive and enthusiastic attitude.
