論文摘要：
本研究之目的為調查大陸台生返鄉就學意向，以計劃行為理論為基礎，分別以態度、主觀規範、知覺行為控制等三個從屬構面探討大陸台生返鄉就讀大學行為意向之影響研究。本研究係以普查方式進行調查，然調查對象則為大上海地區華東台商子女學校及東莞台商子弟學校學生為研究對象。本研究工具係依據計劃行為理論及就學意向推動力及吸引力做為研究構面，業經200份預試調查之結果作為正式問卷依據。正式問卷共計回收553份，其中有效問卷526份，有效問卷回收率87.67％。
研究發現：
一、調查大陸台生返鄉就學意向得知各構面敘述統計分析中，以態度、主觀規範、知覺行為控制及行為意向平均數皆在中位數之上。
二、態度、主觀規範、知覺行為控制三個變項對行為意向之相關程度皆有顯著的影響，且呈正相關。其中以知覺行為控制對意向影響最大。
三、推動力在態度、主觀規範、知覺行為控制對行為意向間具有
部分中介效果。
四、吸引力在態度、主觀規範、知覺行為控制對行為意向間具有
完全中介效果。其中吸引力的中介效果大於推動力。

The Purpose of this thesis is to investigate the prevailing intention of Taiwanese students in China to return to Taiwan for further education.
The present study is based on the theory of planned behavior (TPB), which can be further subdivided into three different prospective, namely the attitude, subjective norm and the perceived behavioral control. Each of these individual aspects will play a significant role, in influencing the student’s studying intention.
This survey adopts the census sampling. A total of samples is 600 including HuaDog Taiwan Businessman’s School at Shanghai in China and Taiwan. Businessman’s School in Dongguan.in China. The surveys have been seen by 200 pre-test as a formal questionnaire. The questionnaire were 526 copies with effective response rate of 87.67%
The results were found as following:
1.An analysis of the Schooling Intention of Return Home to Taiwanese Student in China found that attitude, the means of subjective norm, perceived behavioral control and behavioral intention were above the median.
2.There have significant positive impacts from attitude, subjective norm,
3.perceived behavioral control to behavior intention.
4.The Push factors shown a partial effect of mediation from attitude, subjective norm and cognitive control toward behavior intention .
5.The Pull factor shown the fully effect of mediation from attitude, subjective norm and cognitive control toward behavior intention . The highest value of the total effect of perceived behavioral control.
