人工植體支持式固定義齒合併可撤式義齒之上顎重建病例報告

摘要

人工植體用在支持固定義齒之成功率已無庸置疑：若該固定義齒同時作為可撤式義齒支台齒，則較少有臨床報告與統計結果。因此提出本病例；上顎目前牙缺牙區利用可撤式義齒作為該美觀區之贋復；上顎兩側後牙區植入人工植體，除了作為固定義齒支台齒，同時亦分擔前牙區可撤式義齒之受力；兩年追蹤檢查發現沒有任何臨床不良症狀或病人不良主訴，X光檢查顯示沒有明顯骨喪失。由此得知上顎後牙區植體支持式固定義齒合併前牙區可撤式義齒為一可行的治療方式；唯現今此類病例報告不多，仍須更長期與詳細的研究與討論。

There is no doubt that dental implants with high success rates for supporting fixed partial dentures. However, few articles mentioned about implant-supported fixed prostheses as removable partial denture abutments. This article describes the fabrication of an anterior removable partial in conjunction with posterior implant-supported fixed pros theses. A 2-yea r follow-up revealed successful clinical results and no patient complaints reported. Radiograph showed no obvious bone loss. Thus, this kind of treatment plan can be a useful treatment alternative, yet long-term multi-centered studies are recommended.
