ITO Thin Film: from development and application to preparation and characterization

摘要


銦錫氧化物(ITO)透明導電薄膜因其具有高可見光穿透率、良好導電性、與基材黏著性佳及化學穩定性等優點,逐漸成為光電界的寵兒。我們針對它的發展、應用與製備、分析給一概括回顧與介紹。

Indium-tin-oxide (ITO) thin film is one of the indispensable materials for advanced technologies. Due to its unique characteristics such as high transparency to the visible light, low electric resistivity, excellent adhesion to the substrate, and chemical stability, the ITO thin film has been reported possessing an important role in opto-electronic applications. Here, a brief review giving description of the development, application, preparation method, and characterization of ITO thin film is present.
