隨者資訊科技的蓬勃發展,企業的經營方式已逐漸走向全球化的經營趨勢。企業E化或資訊化已迅速成為企業再造競爭力和落實競爭策略的主要手段。企業導入ERP系統,正是現今企業缺一不可的,雖然ERP提供了標準的企業物件和企業流程,但其設計理念未必與導入企業所需的企業流程完全吻合,導致一個資訊系統的導入往往失敗。 本研究,主要針對過去文獻中,以文獻探討蒐集彙整的方式,探討資訊系統導入的過程中,影響系統導入成敗的關鍵因素;並根據導入之關鍵因素和各種資訊理論為基礎,以使用者的觀點,進一步的了解各個階層與資訊系統相關的人員,與終端使用者在認知上的差異,作為塑模的方法,進而提出一套以使用者為觀點之導入模式,並說明此模式適用於企業流程導入之方法論,期能有效協助企業導入ERP,為顧客創造最大價值。 最後,透過大型資訊系統導入過程之模式,從「概念到導入」和「導入和案例」中,藉由個案探討的方式,以國內某ERP軟體為例,透過實際觀察,文件及檔案收集的方式,與本研究中所提及之方法論,進一步做討論與比較,並根據個案討論所得到之結論,針對之前所提之參考模式加以修正,以供國內企業導入ERP系統時之參考,並使之成為企業競爭優勢。
With the development of information technology, the way to operate a business enterprise is gradually globalized. E-Business in information systems has rapidly become the most important tactic in business enterprise competition strategy. Nowadays, it is necessary to implement the ERP system into a business enterprise. Although the ERP system provides a standard enterprise process flow, one common reason causing implementation failure is that the system developer’s idea doesn’t completely match business need and its process flow. In this study, firstly it focuses on reviewing technical literature and the integration of existing models on information technology applications and ERP system implementation. Secondly, based on user and information theories, the system user hierarchies are developed in building the model for the implementation of the ERP system. Finally, the key issues in using ERP software are analyzed with a case study. Implementation experiences and methodologies are provided in the case study
