RFID 早在數十年前便已問世,但這幾年無論是物流業、零售業、製造業、交通運輸業等各行各業都在思考這項技術的新應用。隨著時代的進步,RFID 晶片的體積已經很小,成本也不再像以往那麼高。企業為落實經營策略與改善作業流程,需要一個完善且能夠提供即時資訊的應用平台,以便呈現出所需要的重要訊息,這些訊息包括了內部商務管理、生產銷售、庫存與採購等。 服務導向架構(SOA)是一種針對企業 IT 策略的理念,強調 e-Business on Demand (即時電子化商業),借由商務流程管理(BPM)與統一標準化的企業資訊入口平台(EIP),整合 ERP 與其它資訊應用系統,讓高階主管能隨時掌握企業經營狀況,有效實踐企業全球運籌的理想。 本研究是以面板產業為對象,以服務導向架構的觀念,應用導入 RFID 技術來整合企業內部流程作業,並且以雛型展示系統平台架構,前端以WebEIP為使用者操作介面,串連後端生產製造與倉儲管理系統,而 RFID則扮演著讓資訊快速流通與傳遞的重要媒介,因此強調在SOA平台系統於產業之分析與探究,並且針對導入 RFID 之前後與效益做比較,最後研究設計以雛型系統驗證導入後的成效,並於文末提出結論與未來研究建議。
