本研究旨在探討外籍配偶識字教育的學習動機與學習滿意度的現況,並分析外籍配偶學習動機與學習滿意度間的相關性以及學習動機對學習滿意度的預測力。 研究中採問卷調查法,以桃園縣外籍配偶為母群體,實際有效樣本為691位外籍配偶。使用的工具包括「外籍配偶學習動機問卷」與「外籍配偶學習滿意度問卷」兩種,先分別探討外籍配偶學習動機與學習滿意度的現況,並考驗不同背景變項之外籍配偶其學習動機與學習滿意度是否有差異,而後更進 一步探討外籍配偶學習動機與學習滿意度間的相關性以及學習動機對學習滿意度的預測力。 研究結果如下: 一、桃園縣外籍配偶識字教育學習動機各層面屬高水準,以「工作需求」為最高,而「求得知識」及「親職教育」相對略低 二、桃園縣外籍配偶識字教育學習滿意度各層面屬高水準,以「教師教學」為最高,而「學習環境」相對略低 三、外籍配偶來台年數較長、婚姻媒介是婚姻仲介者其學習動機較高 四、外籍配偶年齡較輕、原籍國屬於越南國籍其學習滿意度較高 五、外籍配偶識字教育學習動機與學習滿意度具有顯著正相關 六、學習動機各層面中以「社會適應」對於整體學習滿意度最具預測效果, 其次為「求得 」、「親職教育」與「工作需求」 根據上述所得之結果,提出本研究對教育行政機關、教師與未來研究 之建議。
The purpose of this study is to explore the current situation of elementary school Foreign Spouses’ Learning Motivation and Learning Satisfaction and more importantly - the relation between them. The methodology of this research was mainly a questionnaire survey. The two questionnaires employed here were “Foreign Spouses’ learning motivation questionnaire” and “Foreign Spouses’ learning satisfaction questionnaire”. Eventually, 691 valid samples were produced to each questionnaire by the targeted teachers from public elementary schools in Taoyuan County, Taiwan. As for the discussion, the first focus is on the current situation upon foreign spouses’ learning motivation and learning satisfaction. Next, the researcher further investigates how foreign spouses’ learning motivation and learning satisfaction differ in terms of their background, such as ages et. The relation between these two main elements will then be studied closely. The research draws the following conclusions: 1. The elementary school foreign spouses’ scored over average on learning motivation. The highest scores fell in “work demand” aspects; the lowest scores were in “obtains the knowledge ”, “Kisses the duty education ” aspects. 2. The elementary school foreign spouses’ also marked high scores on learning satisfaction. “teacher teaching” aspects got high scores, while “Learning environment” aspects went the other way. 3. The foreign spouses’ who got the higher scores on learning motivation are those who are coming to Taiwan year number is long, the marital medium is the marriage intermediary. 4. The foreign spouses’ who got the higher scores on learning satisfaction are those who are age is light, original country belongs to the Vietnamese nationality, with higher level of education, or teaching in large school. 5. There is a high positive correlation between foreign spouses’ learning motivation and learning satisfaction. 6. Among those learning motivation aspects, “social adaptation ” learning satisfaction efficacy most, and the aspects that follow are “obtains the knowledge”, “Kisses the duty education”, and“work demand”. Finally, according to the findings above, suggestions are given to educational administrations, teachers and future research.
