近年來各式金融商品不斷衍生且推陳出新,以至於國內金融環境競爭激烈,而在人身保險產業之中,面臨如此激烈的金融環境底下,倘若要永續經營發展,對於如此強大競爭力的同時,勢必更該重視且強調人身保險從業人員之專業素質之提升。為了有賴專業之從業人員投入人身保險產業,以因應激烈的金融環境之市場競爭,取得金融專業證照便是代表個人專業技能之展現。 本研究主要係以問卷調查方式,主要是針對我國人身保險外勤從業人員對於金融專業證照在工作上之需求以及金融專業證照認知之看法。研究顯示不同機構屬性之外勤從業人員對專業證照之工作需求及專業證照認知呈現有顯著差異,至於專業證照工作需求對證照認知則呈現顯著影響,而個人屬性中僅有年齡、工作年資與教育程度對專業證照認知程度有顯著差異性。
In recent years, the finance industries kept publishing new products and finance market very competitive, so life insurance industry need more professional person to face the formidable and competitive market. If the life insurance industry want to continue operation, it needs to give weight to life insurance salesperson’s specialty. However, the professional certificate is showing one’s professional skill. This research mainly focuses on the viewpoint of domestic life insurance salesperson on the finance professional certificate cognition as well as the requirement of professional certificate by analyzing true evidence from questionnaire survey methodology. This research found a great cognition differential between finance professional certificate and demand on job by different style salesperson. Then salespeople have great cognition differential between demand on job for different kind of professional certificate and finance professional certificate cognition. Also, individual cognition in professional certificate, the cognition level various greatly in different situation by age, seniority and education.
