國小教師教學評量表信效度分析-比較學生評鑑與教師自評

摘要


本研究主要的目的是在編製一套評鑑國小高年級教師教學效能之「國小教師教學評鑑量表」並比較學生評鑑教師教學效能與教師自評教學效能之間差異性。研究對象為桃園縣國小高年級學生共1858位及其原班導師共128位。先以學生為研究對象進行量穠之編製,其結果如下:(一)量表包括教師人格特質、教學態度、關照學生、班級經營、教學準備、教學能力以及教學評量等七個因素,共三十九題,解釋量達70.64%;(二)各量表內部一致性介於.721.至.876之間。而以同樣的量表讓128位教師進行教學效能的自我評鑑,所得的各量表內部一致性則較不理想,介於.132至.688之間。就不同評鑑者在各層面平均數之比較,除了班級管理能力及教學準備外,其餘五個層面,學生評鑑教師教學的結果都顯著高於教師自評。最後針對有關量表的運用及研究提出建議。

The purpose of this study was to develop the Elementary Teacher Evaluation Scale (STES) and to test the scale reliability and vaility. Besides, the teacher teaching effectiveness evaluated by students were compared to those from teacher self-evaluation. ETES has two editions: student edition and teacher edition. Both consist of thirty-nine items divided into seven dimensions which are personal characateristics, teaching attitude, concerns for students, classroom management, teaching preparation, teaching ability, teaching evaluation. The sample included 128 elementary teachers and 1858 fifth and sixth grade students from 128 classes. The internal consistency α coefficients are between .722 and .875 for student edition and from .132 to .688 for teacher edition. The construct validities are also better in student edition. The score from student ratings are significantly higher than teacher self-evaluation on five dimensions: personal characateristics, teaching attitude, conercerns for students, teaching ability, teaching evaluation.
