本論文旨在瞭解國小教師工作壓力、休閒調適與教學效能之現況,及不同背景教師工作壓力、休閒調適與教學效能之差異情形,探討三者之相關性,進而分析工作壓力、休閒調適對教學效能是否具有解釋力,並探究休閒調適於工作壓力與教學效能間是否具有干擾效果。本研究以台南市安平區國民小學教師為研究對象,採問卷調查之方式,以「國小教師工作壓力、休閒調適與教學效能關係之研究問卷」為研究工具,共發放問卷259份,回收217份有效問卷。所得資料以統計套裝軟體SPSS 19.0 for Windows進行描述統計、獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關、複迴歸及層級回歸等方法進行統計分析,得到以下結論: 一、台南市安平區國小教師工作壓力現況屬「中低程度」,在「工作負荷」構面之壓力感受度最高;教師休閒調適現況屬「中高程度」,在「提昇正面情緒的休閒」構面之調適程度最高;教師教學效能現況屬「中上程度」,在「教學計畫」構面之表現最佳。 二、台南市安平區國小教師的工作壓力感受因學歷、學校規模不同而有顯著差異;休閒調適程度會因為性別不同而有顯著差異;教學效能表現則因性別、學校規模不同而有顯著差異。 三、台南市安平區國小教師工作壓力與教學效能存在顯著負相關;休閒調適與教學效能則存在顯著正相關。 四、台南市安平區國小教師工作壓力對教學效能有負向之影響;休閒調適對教學效能則有正向之影響。 五、台南市安平區國小教師休閒調適於工作壓力與教學效能間具有干擾效果。
The aim of this research is to understand the work pressure, leisure adaption, teaching efficiency and the differences among teachers from different backgrounds. This research looks at the relevancy among work pressure, leisure adaption and teaching efficiency and further analyzes if work pressure and leisure adaption has the power of explaining teaching efficiency and if leisure adaption has a moderating effect on work pressure and teaching efficiency. The targeted subjects were elementary school teachers who serve in the An-Ping district of Tainan City, Taiwan. Research was conducted using a questionnaire survey entitlied: “Questionnaire on the relationship among work pressure, leisure adaption and teaching efficiency of elementary school teachers” as a research tool. Among the 259 samples used, 217 were found to be valid. Descriptive statistics, Independent –sample T-test, ANOVA, Pearson Product-Moment Correlation, multiple regression, and hierarchical regression were used to analyze data and SPSS 19.0 for Windows was used to process the data. Research conclusions are as follows: 1. The work pressure level of elementary school teachers of An-Ping district in Tainan City is medium to low with the highest being in” Work load” perspective; leisure adaption level is medium to high with the highest being in “ Positive-emotion lifting leisure” perspective; The teaching efficiency level is medium to high and highest in “Teaching planning” perspective. 2. The work pressure levels of elementary school teachers of An-Ping district in Tainan City are significantly differentiated by educational background and school size; leisure adaption levels are significantly differentiated by gender; teaching efficiency levels are significantly differentiated by gender and school size. 3. The work pressure and teaching efficiency of elementary school teachers in the An-Ping district of Tainan City are significantly negatively related. On the other hand, leisure adaption and teaching efficiency are significantly positively related. 4. The work pressure of elementary school teachers in the An-Ping district of Tainan City has negative impacts on teaching efficiency while leisure adaption has positive influences. 5. The leisure adaption of elementary school teachers in the An-Ping district of Tainan City has a moderating effect on work pressure and teaching efficiency.
