本研究旨在瞭解國小教師工作價值觀、工作壓力與幸福感之現況,探討不同背景變項對於教師工作價值觀、工作壓力、幸福感的影響,並探究三者之間的相關及因果關係。研究方法採用問卷調查法,以「國小教師工作價值觀、工作壓力與幸福感」問卷作為研究工具,以桃園市公立國小教師347人為研究樣本,回收有效問卷327份,有效回收率為97.6%。統計方法採用描述統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、積差相關、結構方程式等方法進行資料處理與分析。本研究結果如下: 一、桃園市國小教師工作價值觀呈現中上程度,教師工作價值觀 因性別、職務、學校位置的不同而有差異。 二、桃園市國小教師工作壓力呈現中下程度,教師工作壓力因教 育程度、職務、學校規模、學校位置的不同而有差異。 三、桃園市國小教師幸福感呈現中上程度,教師幸福感因性別與 職務的不同而有差異。 四、工作價值觀與工作壓力呈現顯著負相關;工作價值觀與幸福 感呈現顯著正相關;工作壓力與幸福感呈現顯著負相關。 五、工作價值觀、工作壓力與幸福感之間具有因果關係。
The purpose of this study was to understand the current state of work value, job stress, and well-being of elementary school teachers in Taoyuan city, and to explore the relationships among these variables. The research method was questionnaire survey. The questionnaires were administered to 347 teachers, and the valid return rate was 97.6%. The data were analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation, and structural equation modeling. The results were as the following: 1.The teachers’ work value was at a high intermediate level. There were significant differences of work value in terms of teachers’ gender, duty and school location. 2.The teachers’ job stress was at a low intermediate level. There were significant differences of job stress in terms of teachers’ duty, school size and school location. 3.The teachers’ well-being was at a high intermediate level. There were significant differences of well-being in terms of teachers’ gender and duty. 4.There was significant negative correlation between work value and job stress, and significant positive correlation between work value and well-being, and significant negative correlation between job stress and well-being. 5.There were causal relationships among work value, job stress and well-being.
