摘要

近年來受到經濟不景氣影響，個人捐贈與政府補助日益減少，非營利組織為求自給自足，越來越依賴產業化(commercialization)行為之收益。對非營利組織而言，產業化活動的蓬勃發展猶如一體兩面，非營利組識產業化活動雖然解決部分財政困境，然而，非營利組織產業化亦遭受許多質疑，以利潤為導向之商業行為，是否使志願服務產生質變？產業化是否致使非營利組織發生「目標置移」的危機？這些問題都危及非營利組織存在之正當性。緣此，本文之目的在於探究產業化對我國非營利組織之影響，經由文獻探討，本文提出三個重要面向：募款議題、組識使命、部門互動；此外，透過實地訪談與理論析探，從而建構更具本土性的觀察、理論與實務發現，以資學術界及實務界參考。
