摘要

近年來由於政府的提倡，人民普遍意識到鄉土文化的重要，尤其客家族群文化意識的抬頭，火旁龍指的是苗栗地區客家人發展出的獨特慶元宵活動，不僅包含了客家傳統文化意涵，更是客家傳統技藝的象徵，只可惜苗栗火旁龍的官方網站的對於其相關傳統文化的介紹與保存價值都較為缺乏。身為苗栗客家子弟，期望能盡文化傳遞的一己之力！

為了因應網路使用習慣的改變及手機應用的趨勢，本創作的構想是建置一個跨平台網站，以數位化方式保留火旁龍活動原貌，讓社會大眾能對苗栗特有的火旁龍地方文化有所認識，並藉由網際網路的特性，傳承客家寶貴之文化資產，及帶動關心台灣客家文化之人士更加了解文化內涵，並擴展其地方文化觀光價值之功能。除了利用一般電腦獲得相關資訊外，也能讓使用者透過Mobile-Web來快速獲得資訊與服務，成為一個多功能媒體網站。

本論文是以三個面向做為研究的基礎，從文獻探討的部份開始，一方面了解火旁龍歷史沿革與地方發展，同時探討跨平台設計的原則，再透過案例分析的方法，找出最佳的跨平台網站設計風格與功能導向，最後藉由實際創作的動作，將研究結果具體的呈現。

This paper is the basis for its research in three orientations, starting from the explored part of the literature, on the one hand about fire history and local development, and exploring the principles of cross-platform design, through case studies, to find the best style and function-oriented cross-platform Web design, eventually by means of practical action in the creation of, research results specific rendering.
