本研究旨在探討公立高職兼任行政工作教師工作壓力與因應,並分析不同背景變項教師工作壓力的差異情形。為達研究目的,首先經由文獻探討所得之理論架構發展調查問卷,針對87所公立高職兼任行政工作教師進行抽樣調查,共計發出696份問卷,有效問卷回收率77.87%,並輔以描述性統計、t考驗及單因子變異數分析等方法,進行結果分析與討論後,獲致以下結論: 一、 公立高職兼任行政工作教師工作壓力感受程度,顯著低於中等程度。 二、 不同背景變項的公立高職兼任行政工作教師之工作壓力,其中以女性、年齡較輕、任教年資短、兼任行政年資淺、擔任處室組長及服務於中等規模學校的教師有較高的工作壓力感受。 三、 公立高職兼任行政工作教師工作壓力之因應方式,傾向以「直接行動」及「情緒取向」的正面因應方式。 最後,本研究茲依據文獻探討結果與研究結論提出若干建議,供教育主管機關、學校、教師與未來從事相關研究者參考。
This study dicussesd job stress and coping method for part-time administra- tive teachers of publie senior vocational school in Taiwan and analyzed the variations by the part- time administrative teachers backgrounds. The study was based on the questionnaire survey guided by the theoretical frame-work developed from archive research. 696 part-time administrative teachers from 87 Senior Vocational Schools were singled out as the samples and the valid return rate was 77.87%. The statistical techniques applied were descriptive statistic method, t-test and one-way ANOVA. Major conclusions of this study are as following: 1. The job stress of public senior vocational school’s part-time administrative teachers perceived significantly lower than medium level. 2. The public senior vocational school’s part-time administrative teachers with different background among the “femal”, “younger”, shoter “teaching year”, shoter “part-time administrative year”, serve as “group leader”and serve of the “medium-sized scale” schools’ teachers perceived higher job stress. 3. The job stress coping methods of part-time administrative teachers of publie senior vocational school were inclined to “take action directly” and “mood orientation”. Finally, the study also offers related suggestions, which may improve the school, administration, teachers and later researchers.
