工業區廢水處理廠污泥減量及資源化之成效評估

摘要


本研究主要目的為針對工業區廢水處理廠初沉污泥、廢棄活性污泥及三沉污泥,進行污泥有機物及重金屬含量分析,探討污泥如何達成再利用條件並評估其效益。透過各單元污泥產量及成份分析之探討,期能透過消化池好氧消化,再經脫水機脫水、曝曬乾燥等過程,使污泥含水率降低,以達成污泥再利用之效益。 分析結果顯示,污泥之重金屬溶出試驗皆能符合溶出試驗標準。污泥之王水消化檢測也符合土壤重金屬認定標準。統計99年資料初沉污泥濃度22520mg/l、VSS為10103mg/l,VSS/SS比值為0.39。二沉廢棄污泥濃度9380mg/l、VSS為5722mg/l,VSS/SS比值為0.60。三沉污泥濃度9802mg/l、VSS為4330mg/l,VSS/SS比值為0.44。重力濃縮污泥濃度23343mg/l、VSS為9616mg/l,VSS/SS比值為0.41。消化污泥濃度31742mg/l、VSS為12107mg/l,VSS/SS比值為0.38。 上述結果說明,本廠是屬初級化學加藥、二級生物處理、三級化學加藥,產生之污泥中以廢棄活性污泥VSS/SS值0.60為最高,初沉污泥之產生量為最大,污泥經消化槽消化後平均VSS/SS值為0.38,離再利用條件值已很接近。再配合污泥脫水、曬乾、延長曝曬等日曬風乾之操作,可大幅降低有機物及含水率,使污泥符合再利用規範,有效降低污泥處理成本。

The main purpose of this research is to investigate the sludge charactersitic in the industrial area of wastewater treatment plant. The focuses of this research are on the organic matter and heavy metals contant for exploring how to re-use of sludge conditions and assess their effectiveness. Through the sludge production and composition analysis of the unit, expected the aerobic digestion, dryer dehydration, exposure and drying process can decline the sludge moisture content will decline to 45% in order to achieve effective reuse of sludge. The result expresses that the leaching tests for the sludge of heavy metals had in line with the standard dissolution test. The aqua regia digestion of sludge heavy metals detected is also in line with Standards. Statistics the 2010 data of primary sludge concentration is 22520 mg/l, VSS is 10103 mg/l and the ratio of VSS/SS is 0.39. The secondary waste activated sludge of concentration is 9380 mg/l, VSS is 5722 mg/l and the ratio of VSS/SS is 0.60. The tertiary sludge of concentration is 23343 mg/l, VSS is 9616 mg/l and the ratio of VSS/SS is 0.44. The gravity thickened sludge concentration is 23343 mg/l, VSS is 9616 mg/l and the ratio of VSS/SS is 0.41. The digested sludge of concentration is 31742 mg/l, VSS is 12107 mg/l and the ratio of VSS/SS is 0.38. These results indicate that the plant is a system with preliminary chemical dosing, secondary biological treatment, third chemical dosing. Waste activated sludge with VSS / SS value of 0.60 is the highest. The generation of primary sludge are the largest. The sludge through digestion tank digested, average the VSS/SS value is 0.38. The value is very close to re-use condition. Then through those operation by sludge dewatering, drying, extended sun exposure and other air-dry.That can significantly reduce the organic matter and moisture content. And then can let sludge in line with the norms of re-use for effectively reduce the cost of sludge treatment.
