香椿葉部精油之碳氫化合物成分分析

香椿(1)(2)(3)(4)(學名:Toona sinensis),又名香椿芽、香椿頭等,原產於中國,現在東亞與東南亞,北至朝鮮,南至泰國、印尼等地區均有生長。香椿的嫩芽叫椿頭,甘香可口,營養豐富,香椿味辛性寒,有清熱解毒、澀腸止血、健胃理氣、殺蟲、固精之功效。 將新採的香椿葉,經清洗、風乾之後,把葉子搗碎進行水蒸氣蒸餾,再經溶劑萃取(正己烷、乙醚)、鹼處理、水洗與濃縮等步驟,得其棕褐色的中性精油。中性精油經液相色層分析粗分,分成碳氫化合物和含氧基化合物兩大部分,並使用氣相層析-火焰離子偵測器(GC-FID)、氣相層析-質譜儀(GC-MS)、傅立葉轉換紅外光光譜儀(FT-IR)、核磁共振光譜儀(NMR)鑑定其化學成分。共鑑定出21個碳氫化合物,其中單離出的成分 有δ-EIemene、α-Cubebene、β-Elemene這3個化合物且純度有達到95%,而以GC-MS光譜儀鑑定出的成分有Dodecane、Tridecane、Ylangene、α-Guaiene、Isoledene、α-Caryophylene、(Z)-β-Caryophyllene、(+)-Aromadendrene 、β-Patchoulene、δ-Cadinene、β-Selinene、δ-Guaiene、γ-Selinene、α-Muurolene、δ-Cadinene、Cadina-1,4-diene、L-alloaromadendrene、3,7(11)-selinadiene共18個化合物。

Toona sinensis. , Originated in China, and now East Asia and Southeast Asia, north Korea, south toThailand, Indonesia and other regions are growing. Ganxiang delicious, nutritious, toon Weixin cold,heat and detoxifying, astringent in-testinal bleeding, stomach qi, pesticides, solid fine effect. The leaves were freshly harvested from Toona sinensis. After cleaning and immedately air-dried, the leaves were steam-distilled for essential oils. The essential oils in the distillate were then solvent extracted before treatment with base to remove acidic compounds. The slightly brown neutral essential oil mixture was separated and purified by column chromatography. The oil mixture was chromatographed into hydrocarbon and oxygenated fractions that were analyzed for the chemical components by gas chromatography(GC) equipped with a flame ionization detector(FID) and mass spectrometer detector(MS),Fourier Transform infrared spectrometer(FT-IR), and nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer(NMR).In the hydrocarbon fraction δ-EIemene、α-Cubebene、β-Elemene,Dodecane、Tridecane、Ylangene、α-Guaiene、Isoledene、α-Caryophylene、(Z)-β-Caryophyllene、(+)-Aromadendrene 、β-Patchoulene、δ-Cadinene、β-Selinene、δ-Guaiene、γ-Selinene、α-Muurolene、δ-Cadinene、Cadina-1,4-diene、L-alloaromadendrene、3,7(11)-selinadiene were identified.
