目的:探討大學排球選手之熱情、基本心理需求對運動幸福感之預測情形。方法:採用問卷調查法。研究對象為105學年度排球聯賽參與複賽之選手,合計369人(平均年齡20.37+1.97歲);研究工具為大學排球選手之熱情、基本心理需求及運動幸福感量表;資料分析有描述性統計、Pearson相關及多元逐步迴歸。結果:一、大學排球選手之調和式熱情、強迫式熱情與運動幸福感呈現正相關;其勝任需求及關連需求、自主需求與運動幸福感呈現正相關。二、大學排球選手之調和式熱情能有效預測運動幸福感,其預測力達20%;而勝任需求及關連需求、自主需求等基本心理需求能有效預測運動幸福感,其預測力達33%。結論:大學排球選手之調和式熱情、勝任需求及關連需求、自主需求能正向預測運動幸福感。未來在訓練上,教練應塑造調和式熱情之訓練環(情)境,讓運動選手之基本心理需求獲得滿足,可以有效的提升選手之運動幸福感。
The purpose of this article was to explore the predictive analysis for passion, basic psychological needs and well-being in sport of collegial volleyball athletes. The method was questionnaire which was used to collect those data. The participants were 369 athletes (20.37+1.97) for the 105-collegial volleyball competition. The instrument was the scale of passion, basic psychological needs, and well-being in sport for collegial volleyball athletes. Those data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation, and multiple stepwise regressions. Those results were as follows: (a) the well-being in sport of collegial volleyball athletes was positively correlated with harmonious passion, obsessive passion, and the basic psychological needs of competency and relatedness, and autonomy. (b) the well-being in sport of collegial volleyball athletes was positively predicted by the harmonious passion with predictive power of 20%, and it was positively predicted by basic psychological needs of competency and relatedness, and autonomy with predictive power of 33%. In conclusion, the well-being in sport of collegial volleyball athletes was positively predicted by harmonious passion and basic psychological needs separately. It advised that coaches needed to cultivate the learning environment of harmonious passion, and satisfy basic psychological needs of collegial volleyball athletes to enhance the well-being in sport of them.
